The Power Pro Recruitment System was designed by WJ Bryant, as a way for network marketers to consistently enroll new members into their network marketing company. We all know the problem of trying to recruit family and friends into "anything"; especially a multi-level or networking company where there are different tiers of pay structure; starting with you, as the head or "team leader" of your own team of people or business partners to help you grow and to help your entire team to grow a thriving business as independent representatives of an already established networking company.

We always seem to run out of family and friends before we ever pick up any momentum as far as building a business is concerned. In fact, many of us enter into the NFL club. No, not the "National Football League"; but the No Friends Left club. Because, after a while, no matter how sincere we are; our "friends" start to avoid us, for obvious reasons and our families, for the most part, tell us to forget about this non-sense and get a real job. Well folks, I've had a real job, (several of them), for the better part of 50 years. It is a "paycheck", "a JOB", (Just Over Broke), that help other people, "your employers", to live their dreams, while leaving you with just enough to pay your bills and other expenses, with the growing realization that there is always too much month left, at the end of your money. Harsh but true!

When people begin to understand how this system and it's algorithm can help to recruit new people into business, with less people quitting their business because of seeing no progress or no ongoing results, then the retention rate of people "staying in business" will be much higher, and there is also the factor that within this system, there is no one left behind, because of the "replenishing of phases", after each phase is completed. There is also complete and automated "teamwork"; whereas you can simply refer your family and friends into this business opportunity, if they are interested, without the fear of rejection because if they join, they will be automatically enrolled into their proper sponsor's downline and not necessarily your own; but that's OK, because when your time comes (and it will) to be recruited for, then other people, whom are interested, will go into your downline, no matter who referred them. It is true teamwork that really works!
